He has had heart artery treatment few years ago, because of the cholesterol, but of course the cholesterol comes back, even if we are vegetarians and we don't smoke and have very little alcohol. It's hereditary and it's the cholesterol the body makes by itself. I was told that shilajit is good in lowering cholesterol levels as well. Now it appears that the Shilajit is the first product that really seems to help in normalizing my Husbands Cholesterol levels. He also has problems with uric acid crystals in his blood. Occasionally a cluster of it fixes itself, one time in his knee, one time in his foot, one time in his kidneys themselves, so that was a big crisis causing sever pain. After a week of taking shilajit - one capsule a day - the stiffness of joints and the pain had entirely disappeared. I also found that I was able to read things again without glasses. First my eyes had been prickling, and later on my vision was clearer. I didn't throw away my glasses yet, but that may come in the future. Now after a few weeks I must say the Shilajit is helping spectacularly and consistently. More spectacular is, that I had a burning sensation in the kidneys and was passing urine with difficulty: the kidneys were blocked, especially after doing some work. Now the kidneys aren't blocked any more and the color is steadily normal. Since 1995 I have been trying to get rid of my gallstones In the Holland when they discover this condition, they apply surgery and cut your gallbladder out! This is of course a improper approach because the gallstones keep coming back and later on just block your liver. I got rid of a handful of gallstones and as a result I could work better and was more lively. But they came back and it's not easy to put yourself on a strict diet regime of fruit and vegetables always. But ever since I have been taking shilajit I can feel when they leave my gallbladder: a little pinch in that area and it's gone. Very spontaneously. It is just great news. In fact I feel as if my whole body is regenerating and I'm so grateful to Shilajit.
